Panties
- Must be unopened to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Fit Guarantee: If this is your first order and you've opened one pair to check the fit, contact us at [email protected]—we’ll cover the one opened pair! All other pairs must remain unopened.
Bralettes, Tanks, & Other Apparel
- Items can be opened, but tags must remain attached.
- Must be unworn beyond a try-on and undamaged to be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Subscription Boxes
- Eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days.
- If you’re unhappy with a specific item in your box, email us for assistance! If returning an entire box, follow the standard return process.

Membership/Subscription: A subscription is when you sign up to receive curated EBY items—either three panties or a set (panty and bra)—delivered every three months as part of our membership program.

How Does a Subscription Work?

- Subscriptions are billed and shipped every three months.

Yes! Skipping a shipment is easy:

2️⃣ Your next shipment date will automatically move out by three months.

Absolutely! You can update your subscription preferences anytime by logging into your EBY account:
- Go to “Settings” to update your panty and/or bra size.
- Select “Change Box” to modify your subscription type and the styles you receive.

Your subscription box is designed with variety in mind, but here’s what you can expect:
- Mixed Colors & Prints Box: Rarely includes repeat prints, keeping your collection fresh and exciting.
- Only Neutral Box: May include repeated neutral tones, as these are timeless classics.
- Custom Box: Sign up for a custom box to ensure you always get exactly what you want—only the pairs you choose, no surprises!

Custom Box Option:
Prefer to choose for yourself? With the Custom Box option, we’ll email you when it’s time to pick each panty style and color. That way, you’re in full control of your box!

To cancel your EBY subscription:

2️⃣ Scroll to the very bottom of the page, on the right hand side.3️⃣ Click the “Cancel My Subscription” link
If you just need a break, consider skipping shipments instead—you’ll keep all your perks!
To skip your next delivery:

Already Charged?
If your order has already been charged, let us know if you’d like us to stop the shipment. If it’s already shipped, you can return it via our Return Portal for a full refund.

Band Rolls Up?
If the band rolls, it’s likely too small. We suggest sizing up. Note that the fabric may loosen slightly after washing.

If the sides of your bra gap, try adjusting the straps for a snugger fit.

We ship to all U.S. states and territories in the United States, including Puerto Rico and APO addresses.
We ship to PO boxes using standard shipping only.

Standard Shipping: Orders to locations within the continental US typically arrive within 5–8 business days.
Outside the Continental US: Shipping to Puerto Rico may take up to 4 weeks from the shipping date.
Missing Package?
