We changed our website address. Here's what you need to know.

Did EBY get a new website?
Yes. We moved from shop.join-eby.com to eby.co. Same company, same team, same orders — just a shorter, easier-to-type address. Other websites may look like ours, but they aren't us. If something looks off, just type in the URL yourself.

Why did you change it?
The old one was a mouthful. eby.co is easier to remember and type.

Is eby.co actually safe? How do I know it's really EBY?
A few ways to double check:

• It's linked directly from our official social accounts
• If you're ever unsure, don't click a link from a random text or DM, just type eby.co directly into your browser instead

What if I get a weird text or email about the domain change?
We will never ask you to confirm your password or card number over email or text to "verify" your information. If you get a message like that, it's not from us. 

Do I need to do anything with my account, saved info, or past orders?
No action needed. Your account, order history, and saved info are unaffected.
