We want you to feel confident in your EBY fit. Here's how we've got your back.
Bras & Bralettes
- Exchanges are always free. Swap for a different size, color, or style within 30 days of delivery.
- Trying a bra on to check the fit is expected. Items just need to be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Returns: $8 return handling fee applies, waived for subscribers.
Panties
- Exchanges are always free.
- First Order Fit Guarantee: Open one pair to try and if the size isn't right, we'll send a free replacement.
- Outside of your first order, panties can't be tried on and must stay sealed and unworn to qualify for return or exchange.
- Returns: $8 return handling fee applies, waived for subscribers.
