EBY Subscriptions & Membership: Everything You Need to Know

What’s the difference between an EBY account and a subscription?

  • Account: Your central hub to view orders, manage info, and track shipments.

  • Subscription/Membership: A recurring delivery of curated EBY sets or panties every 3 months—plus exclusive perks and savings.


How Does a Subscription Work?

1️⃣ Choose Your Box:
Pick from a Panty Box (3 panties) or a Set Box (bra + panty), delivered every 3 months.
Options include:

  • Surprise & Delight: Curated based on your style preferences

  • Custom Box: You choose your styles and colors every cycle

2️⃣ Billing & Shipping:
Most subscriptions are billed and ship around the 15th of the month. Custom Box delivery dates may vary.

3️⃣ Flexibility Built In:

  • Skip a Box: Click “Skip” in your account dashboard

  • Cancel Anytime: Just log into your account and click “Cancel My Subscription”

Managing Your Subscription

Can I skip a shipment?
Yes! Log into your account and click “Skip Box”—your next ship date will move out by 3 months.
Need a longer break? Email us at [email protected].

Can I make changes?
Absolutely. Update your size, box type, or style preferences anytime from your account.
Changes must be made before your next charge date.

Will I get repeats?

  • Mixed Boxes: Rarely include repeats

  • Neutral Boxes: May include repeated tones

  • Custom Boxes: You choose everything—no repeats unless you want them!

Who picks my Surprise & Delight items?
You guide us! We use your preferences to hand-select styles we think you’ll love. Want total control? Opt for the Custom Box and choose your items yourself each cycle.


Issues, Help & Cancellations

What if something’s wrong with my box?
Email [email protected] with:

  1. Your order number

  2. What you expected

  3. What you received
    We’ll make it right!

How do I cancel?

  1. Log into your EBY account

  2. Scroll to the bottom right and click “Cancel My Subscription”
    Already charged? Let us know. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll stop it. If it has, you can return it for a refund.

Heads-up: Canceling ends your member perks—like free shipping, 15% off all items, and 30% off boxes. If you’re just taking a break, skipping is a better option!
