Does my quarterly box ship free?

Yes, always. Every subscription box ships free with no minimum.

What about my other orders?

Members get free shipping on any other order over $75. 

Why didn't my order ship free?

The $75 is measured after your 25% member discount comes off, not before. The subtotal shown at checkout is the one that counts.

Can I use a free shipping code instead?

Only on its own. Discount codes don't stack with your member discount, so a free shipping code and your 25% can't both apply to the same order.
