When you get store credit from a return or exchange, we email it to you.

How do I use my store credit?

As long as you're logged in the checkout page has the option to check the box for "Apply store credit" below the payment method. The balance comes off your order total.

Does my card or credit expire?

No, it never expires.

How do I use my gift card?

Enter the code at checkout in the box that says "Discount code or gift card."

What if I don't use my whole balance?

Whatever's left stays on the same code. Use that code again on your next order until the balance runs out.

Can I use store credit on my subscription?

Not right now. Store credit only works on one-time orders placed on our website, so it can't be applied to your membership box. We know that's a letdown if you're a member. You can still use it on any one-time order from eby.co and store credit will apply after your 25% subscriber discount.

Can I use store credit with a discount code?

No. Store credit can't be combined with a discount code. It does work with sales that apply automatically at checkout, no code needed.

I can't find my code. What do I do?

Search your inbox (and spam folder) for an email about your EBY gift card. Still can't find it? Contact us and we'll resend it.

My code starts with "REDO." Is it real?

Yes. Store credit from some older returns was issued with codes starting with "REDO." Those codes are valid and work the same way at checkout.
