Yes. You can mix and match styles and colors in every quarterly box, whether you have the Bra + Panty Set or the Panty 4-Pack. You can also add additional items to your subscription box for 40% off during your selection window.

When do I make my choices?

We email you a week before each renewal to pick your items. If the email isn't in your inbox, check spam or promotions.

You can't pick individual items until the selection window opens, but you can change your product type at any time. For example, you can switch from a Sheer Bralette to a Support Bralette, or from a Lucy Thong to a Signature Brief.

How do I choose my items?

• Sign in to your EBY account.
• Click Make Selections on your account page.
• Pick your styles and colors.
• Click Submit to save them. Your choices aren't saved until you submit.

I don't see a Make Selections button.

That means your selection window isn't open yet or has already closed. The button shows up once the window opens for your next box.

Can I change my size?

Yes. Update your bra or panty size from your subscription page before your box is billed.
