We understand plans can change, but once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel it.

Once your order arrives, you can start the return or exchange process.

2️⃣ Start Your Return
Visit our Returns Portal, enter your Order Number and Email/Zip Code, and get started.

3️⃣ Choose Your Option

• Exchanges are FREE! Let us help you find the perfect fit—it’s faster and easier than returns.
• Prefer a return? A $6 label fee will be deducted from your refund.

4️⃣ Send It Back
Print your label, pack your item, and ship it to us.

Important Info

• Items must be unopened, unworn, and unwashed. Bralettes must have tags attached.
• Final Sale items (from the "Last Call" page) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
