Do I have to subscribe to order?

No. You can buy any EBY bra or panty as a one-time purchase. A subscription is optional and comes with member perks like 25% off sitewide any time, free returns, and 40% off subscription add-ons. See how the EBY Membership works.

How do I know if I signed up for a subscription?

Log in to your EBY account and click Subscription near the top of the page. If you see a subscription under Active Subscriptions, you're signed up. Your order confirmation email also shows whether an item was part of a subscription. 

I didn't mean to subscribe. What do I do?

• If your box hasn't shipped yet: cancel from your account. Log in, click Subscription, click Manage, then select "Cancel" from the Actions menu. 
• If your box already shipped: you can return it for a full refund once it's delivered. Click here to start a return. Then cancel from your account so you don't get another box.

Will I be charged again?

Subscriptions bill once every 3 months. Cancel before your next renewal and you won't be charged again.
