Policy Overview
- You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return eligible items.
- Trying it on to check fit is expected for bras and bralettes. Items just need to be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Panties can't be tried on and must be unworn.
- Fit guarantee for first orders: open one pair to try — if the size isn't right, we'll send a replacement for free.
- All other panties must remain sealed to qualify.
- Exchanges are free and the fastest way to get the right size, color, or style.
- Refunds or store credit available only on eligible items.
Special Sale Policies
- Memorial Day, Summer Sale, Black Friday, End of Year Sale, Influencer BOGOs, Flash Sales → Eligible for exchange only (let's find you the right size, color, or style).
- Last Call Items → Final Sale, not eligible for exchange or refund.
Shipping Fees
- Exchanges: always free.
- Returns
- Subscription Members: free returns.
- Non-Members: $8 return shipping fee.
Refund Timing
- Refunds process in 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
