How Do I Cancel My Subscription?Updated 2 months ago

We’d hate to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. 

To cancel your EBY subscription:
1️⃣ Log in to your EBY account.
2️⃣ Click 'Subscription' near the top of the page.
3️⃣ Click 'Manage' for the subscription you wish to cancel.
4️⃣ Select 'Cancel' from the 'Actions' menu

If you just need a break, consider skipping shipments instead—you’ll keep all your perks!

To skip your next delivery:

1️⃣ Log in to your EBY account.

2️⃣ Click 'Subscription' near the top of the page.

3️⃣ Click 'Manage' for the subscription you wish to cancel.

4️⃣ Select 'Pause' from the 'Actions' menu

Already Charged?
If your order has already been charged, let us know if you’d like us to stop the shipment. If it’s already shipped, you can return it via our Return Portal for a full refund.
