How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

We hate to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. 

To cancel: log in to your EBY account, click Subscription near the top of the page, click Manage for the subscription you wish to cancel, then select "Cancel" from the Actions menu.

Just need a break? Skip a shipment instead and keep all your perks. Same steps as above, but select "Pause" instead of "Cancel."
