Your membership comes with two different discounts, and which one applies depends on how you're ordering.
What's the 25% off?
25% off everything sitewide, any time, on any order you place as a member.
What's the 40% off?
40% off items you add to your subscription box during your selection window. It's tied to the box itself, not to your account, so it only applies to add-ons on that order.
I'm ordering between boxes. Which one do I get?
25%. The 40% is only available on add-ons to a box during your selection window. If you want the bigger discount on something, wait for your selection window to open and add it to your box instead.
When does my selection window open?
We email you a week before each renewal. Once it opens, you'll see a Make Selections button on your subscription account page under Active Subscriptions.
I added something to my cart and it came up at 25%, not 40%.
The item was added to a regular cart rather than to your box. Add-ons have to go through Make Selections on your subscription to get the 40%. If your window is open and it's still showing 25%, message us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
