Where do you ship?

All U.S. states and territories, including Puerto Rico and APO addresses. PO boxes are also fine, but those ship standard only.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not on our website. EBY currently only ships within the U.S. We know that's frustrating if you're trying to get your hands on our bras and panties from abroad.

Is there any way to order from outside the U.S.?

Yes, we have an Amazon storefront, and Amazon does ship internationally to a number of countries. If Amazon delivers to your location, that's the best workaround for trying us out right now.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping to the continental U.S. typically arrives in 5–8 business days. Puerto Rico can take longer, up to 4 weeks from the ship date.

Can I use a package forwarding service (like a U.S. mailbox/freight forwarder) to get my order?

We don't officially partner with any forwarding services, so we can't guarantee anything about customs, delays, or condition on arrival if you go that route.

I have a U.S. shipping address (friend, family, forwarding company) — can I check out normally?

Yes. As long as the order ships to a valid U.S. address, it'll go through checkout like any other domestic order.
