Order Not Shipped Yet?

Orders take 1-3 business days to process before they ship, so there's no tracking number until then. Once it ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking link.

How Long Will It Take to Arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to arrive after your order ships.

Tracking Not Updating?

It's normal for tracking to sit still for a day or so right after your package ships, it typically means the carrier hasn't scanned it in yet. If there's been no movement for more than 10 days, contact us and we'll help out.

Order Not Delivered or Lost Package?

Carriers sometimes mark a package "delivered" a little early. Check with neighbors or around your property first. It often turns up within a day. If it's still missing after 24 hours, message us with your order number and we'll make it right.
